I’ve been seeing a lot of different brands of baby potatoes but I’m really liking The Little Potato Company’s potatoes. They have a nice variety of colors and sizes to pick from and they are pre-washed.

How to make air-fried baby potatoes:

    1. If your potatoes aren’t pre-washed be sure to wash and dry them. It’s important to dry them so they don’t get steamed.
    2. Place the potatoes in the basket of your air fryer. I recently updated my air fryer from an older 3-quart model to the GoWise 5.8 quart and I am loving the bigger size! When you have more room for your food in the basket the food cooks better.
    3. Spritz the potatoes with avocado oil. If you don’t have a spritzer yet, this set of spritzers is my favorite. I’ve had other brands before but these ones consistently work the best! And they come in a set of two so I can have one for avocado oil and one for olive oil.
    4. Cook potatoes in the air fryer for ten minutes at 400° and give them a stir, a few more spritzes of avocado oil, and a couple more sprinkles of salt. Cook for five more minutes and check with a fork for tenderness. If needed they can be cooked for 2-3 more minutes.

These tasty little potatoes are a perfect side dish for your meal and any leftovers can easily be reheated in the air fryer in just a few minutes.
