I’m so glad that you’re here. Let me introduce myself.
I’m Robin Brookshire, and I create and develop gluten-free and dairy-free recipes for you to make your life easier! I know firsthand that living with dietary restrictions can be complicated, and I want to help you by providing recipes that are delicious and bring some fun back to the kitchen!
My family has been eating gluten-free and dairy-free for over 14 years now and I know how hard it can be to change everything that you eat and cook. Finding recipes that work and make you feel like you’re not missing out is important.
I started this blog in 2015 as a way to share my recipes with my family and friends and it’s grown into a trusted resource for gluten-free and dairy-free cooking. You’ll find recipes here that are recreations of old family favorites and new favorites as I continue to develop recipes for your family and mine.
In the early years of my blog, I shared recipes that followed the Trim Healthy Mama plan but as time went on and big life-changing events happened I went back to my main groove of gluten-free and dairy-free recipes. If you’re looking for those older THM recipes, you’ll find them in the recipe categories.

In 2011, I started Clementine Patterns along with my daughters, Breezy & Emily Rose. It’s been a labor of love creating and stitching hand embroidery patterns and kits that speak words of truth and encouragement along with beautiful designs created by both Breezy and Emily Rose.

This is my sweet husband, Rob. In September 2016, my darling husband of 33 years went home to be with the Lord. He was diagnosed with cancer, and 4 incredibly short weeks later, he passed away. We miss him so, so much. Our hope is in the Lord Jesus Christ, so we look forward to a heavenly reunion one day.
