Air-Fried Baby Potatoes

Little potatoes with a crispy outside and a deliciously tender inside. WW Smart Points 4 per serving.

Ingredients

1.5 lbs baby potatoes
Avocado oil in spritzer
Himalayan salt

Instructions

Wash potatoes if needed and dry. Place potatoes in air-fryer basket and spritz with avocado oil. Sprinkle salt over potatoes.
Set air fryer at 400° for 10 minutes. Stir at 10 minutes and give the potatoes a few more spritzes of avocado oil  and a couple more sprinkles of salt.
Cook for 5  more minutes. Check tenderness of potatoes by piercing with a fork. If needed cook for 2-3 more minutes.

Notes

The cooking time will vary on the size of the baby potatoes.
