Easy Roasted Green Beans Recipe:
Preheat oven to 425°. Rinse the green beans and pat dry with a towel or paper towel. Cut off the tips from both ends. Place them in a rimmed sheet pan.
Dice a medium-sized onion. Place in pan with green beans.
Cut 6-8 slices of bacon into small pieces using kitchen shears. Place these in the pan too.
Drizzle the oil over the beans and add salt and pepper. Mix with your hands or two large spatulas until everything is coated with the oil.
Bake for 20-25 until green beans and bacon are starting to brown.
If you want to double the recipe use two pans so the beans won’t be too crowded.

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs fresh green beans
6-8 slices bacon (gluten-free)
1 medium-sized onion
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°.
Rinse and then pat dry the green beans and then cut the tips off of both ends. Place them in a rimmed sheet pan.
Cut the bacon into small pieces with kitchen shears and dice the onion, then add both to the green beans.
Drizzle the olive oil over the beans, add the salt and pepper and then mix all together until everything is coated with the oil.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until beans and bacon are browned.
