Fried Green Beans | gluten-free, low-carb

These tasty fried green beans are easy to make using frozen green beans, garlic, and your favorite seasoned salt. The green beans end up with a perfect mix of texture by frying them with some bites being crunchy and others bites tender, but all of them with a wonderful flavor. How to make Fried Green Beans:

  1. Heat coconut or avocado oil in a large frying pan over medium heat until melted.
  2. Add frozen green beans and spread out in the pan. Cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes. Stirring a couple of times.
  3. Remove lid after 10 minutes and continue frying. Add in Herbamare organic seasoning salt.
  4. Continue frying and stir occasionally for another 10-15 minutes. Add in crushed garlic for the last couple of minutes. The beans are finished when tender and there is a nice mixture of green color.

I use gluten-free Herbamare organic seasoning salt in my recipe, but feel free to use your favorite seasoned salt blend.

I am so goping to try these. The only way I like green beans is raw from the garden and still warm from the sun.
