Ingredients

Instructions
This salad is really easy to make; it just takes a few minutes to chop the ingredients and mix the dressing. Let me show you the steps.
Start with fresh broccoli, seedless grapes, and red onion.

- Cut the broccoli into bite-size pieces.
- Slice the grapes into 3 slices each or for smaller cuts, slice lengthwise and then cut the 3 slices.
- Dice the red onion.
- Cut up four slices of bacon.

- Add the broccoli, grapes, red onion, and bacon to a large bowl and mix.
- Mix the dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the salad.

- Mix the dressing into the salad until everything is coated.

This salad can be served immediately or chilled. It’s even better the next day, so this would be a perfect dish to make ahead for a get-together.

Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped broccoli, bite-sized
- 1 cup red seedless grapes, sliced
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled*
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- ½ cup mayonnaise, gluten-free*
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix the prepared broccoli, grapes, bacon, and red onions in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, stir together the dressing ingredients – mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli salad and mix until the dressing covers all the salad.
- This can be served immediately but does get better after it’s chilled and is even better the next day.
