Start with fresh broccoli, seedless grapes, and red onion.

Cutting the ingredients - broccoli, red grapes, red onion, bacon.
  • Cut the broccoli into bite-size pieces.
  • Slice the grapes into 3 slices each or for smaller cuts slice lengthwise and then cut the 3 slices.
  • Dice the red onion.
  • Cut up four slices of bacon.
Stirring the ingredients together.
  • Add the broccoli, grapes, red onion, and bacon to a large bowl and mix together.
  • Mix the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.

This salad can be served immediately or chilled. It’s even better the next day, so this would be a perfect dish to make ahead for a get together.

Delicious salad recipe. Followed it as written and my family loved it! It’s just 3 of us and I will still need to double recipe in order to have leftovers. Gluten & dairy free are new eating restrictions along with no Nightshade Veggies. So far, all MamaShire (MS)recipes are winners! I look forward to cooking the next new MS dish! Thank you so much for your ingenuity on a diet that may save my son’s life.
