    How to make roasted broccoli

    Preheat oven to 425°F.

    Wash and dry broccoli.

Cut the broccoli into bite-sized uniform pieces to ensure even roasting.

A baking pan full of broccoli that will be roasted.

Place the broccoli in a large baking pan with low sides.

Drizzle about two tablespoons of avocado or olive oil over the broccoli. Use your hands to mix the broccoli and oil, and then spread it out evenly. Try to leave as much open space around them as you can so they’ll crisp up.

Next, sprinkle generously with sea salt.

Bake for 15-20 minutes. Check them a couple of times during the last few minutes. Pull them out when they are lightly charred, but not burnt.

    Store and reheating

Store any leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator.

To reheat: Roast again in the oven at 425°F for 10-15 minutes or reheat in an air fryer at 400°F for a few minutes. Leftovers can also be fried in a skillet with a bit of oil for a few minutes until crispy.

One of the best veggie sides! Just made it with dinner tonight and it disappeared so fast. Definitely will be making this on repeat at our house!
