    Oven Roasted Potatoes (Easy to Make)

    These oven roasted potatoes come out of the oven with crispy, crunchy edges, tender, fluffy centers, and just the right seasoning. They’re easy to make, perfectly irresistible, and the perfect side for weeknight dinners to festive holiday meals.

    Instructions

    A mixing bowl with diced potatoes and seasoning.

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    Peel and cut into 1-inch cubes.

    Mix the oil and spices in a large mixing bowl. Add in the diced potatoes and stir to coat with the seasoning mix.

    Spread the potatoes out on a large baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes.

    Remove the pan from the oven and turn the potatoes. Bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until browned.

    How to store and reheat

    Store any leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator.

    To reheat: Roast again in the oven at 425°F for 10-15 minutes or reheat in an air fryer at 400°F for a few minutes. Leftovers can also be fried in a skillet with a bit of oil for a few minutes until crispy.

    Ingredients

    • 2 lbs potatoes, russet, red, or yellow
    • 2 tablespoons avocado or olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1 teaspoon sea salt
    • ½ teaspoon paprika
    • ½ teaspoon black pepper


    Instructions

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    Peel and cut the potatoes into 1-inch cubes.

    Mix the oil and spices in a large mixing bowl. Add in the diced potatoes and stir to coat with the seasoning mix.
