Ingredients
Scale
- 4 cups broccoli florets or one head of broccoli
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil or olive oil
- sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Wash and dry broccoli. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized uniform pieces to ensure even roasting.
- Place the broccoli in a large baking pan with low sides. Drizzle about two tablespoons of avocado or olive oil over the broccoli. Use your hands to mix the broccoli and oil, and then spread it out evenly.
- Next, sprinkle generously with sea salt.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes. Check them a couple of times during the last few minutes. Pull them out when they are lightly charred, but not burnt.
- Serve warm.
Notes
To reheat: Roast again in the oven at 425°F for 10-15 minutes or reheat in an air fryer at 400°F for a few minutes. Leftovers can also be fried in a skillet with a bit of oil for a few minutes until crispy.
