Instructions

Add all of the ingredients to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle, or to a large bowl.
Mix until the spices and beef are thoroughly combined.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned beef and cook, breaking it up with a spatula as it browns, until fully cooked and no longer pink.
To make sausage patties: After mixing the spices and beef, shape them into 10-12 patties and fry over medium heat. Turn after 3-4 minutes and cook another 2-3 minutes until no longer pink in the center, or until it reaches 160° F.

To store:
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
To freeze:
Freeze in a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months. Be sure to label and date the container. To thaw, place it in the refrigerator overnight.
