    Is Manwich gluten-free?

The Manwich website shares that canned Manwich is gluten-free. So why make your own homemade sloppy joes? You get to have more control over the ingredients, and I think this homemade version is far superior to the canned version. Plus, this homemade recipe does not have high fructose corn syrup in it, which is an ingredient I try to avoid.

I have some coming but the buns shown in this post are Canyon Bake House GF Hamburger buns. Trader Joe’s has really good buns too.
