    Easy Peach Salsa Recipe

    This quick and easy Peach Salsa Recipe uses fresh peaches along with canned tomatoes for the perfect combination of flavors. It’s a yummy twist on traditional salsa and goes great with tortilla chips or loaded onto tacos. For another delicious peach recipe, be sure to try my Gluten-Free Peach Cobbler.

    Ingredients for Easy Peach Salsa:

    2 14 oz. fire-roasted diced tomatoes, gluten-free
    4 oz. chopped green chiles, gluten-free
    ⅓ of a bunch of cilantro, chopped
    ½ white onion, chopped
    1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
    1 teaspoon cumin
    ½ teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
    3 peaches, peeled and chopped

    Instructions

    Tomatoes, chopped chiles, and seasonings for peach salsa in a food processor.

    Add the canned tomatoes, chopped green chiles, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, cumin, and salt to a large food processor or blender. This can also be done in smaller batches if you have a smaller food processor.

    Then add the chopped onions and cilantro and pulse for 10-15 seconds.

    Everything will be lightly chopped and blended.

    Next, add the chopped fresh peaches and pulse for 5-10 seconds.

    With a few seconds of pulsing, everything will be combined perfectly and just the right size. This recipe makes around 5 cups of the most amazing salsa.

    Can be served immediately or chilled. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.

    Description

    Make this quick and easy peach salsa recipe for a delicious change from regular tomato salsa. It’s perfect to serve with tortilla chips and tacos.


    Ingredients

    Scale
    • 2 14 oz. fire-roasted diced tomatoes, gluten-free

    • 3 peaches, peeled and chopped


    Instructions

    1. Add all of the ingredients, except the fresh peaches, to a large food processor or blender.  Pulse for 10-15 seconds. 
    2. Add the chopped fresh peaches and pulse for 5-10 seconds. 
    3. Served immediately or chill.
    4. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.

          I have THE largest apricot tree in Utah. My family & I have hated this tree or the last 30 years. Then I came across your recipe and substituted the peaches for apricots…BRILLIANT!! I am n I w in l I ce ! Thanknyo I!

      I’ve used ripe pineapple.ripe mango, ripe strawberries. I like to toast my cumin seeds, fine chop or mixer,do not like white onion so use Spanish Sweet or Vadalia, small amount. This was very good.
