Ingredients for Easy Peach Salsa:
2 14 oz. fire-roasted diced tomatoes, gluten-free
4 oz. chopped green chiles, gluten-free
⅓ of a bunch of cilantro, chopped
½ white onion, chopped
1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
3 peaches, peeled and chopped
How to Make Easy Peach Salsa:
Add the canned tomatoes, chopped green chiles, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, cumin, and salt to a large food processor or blender. This can also be done in smaller batches if you have a smaller food processor.
Then add the chopped onions and cilantro and pulse for 10-15 seconds.
Everything will be lightly chopped and blended.
Next, add the chopped fresh peaches and pulse for 5-10 seconds.
With a few seconds of pulsing, everything will be combined perfectly and just the right size. This recipe makes around 5 cups of the most amazing salsa.
Can be served immediately or chilled. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Boo
I’ve used ripe pineapple.ripe mango, ripe strawberries. I like to toast my cumin seeds, fine chop or mixer,do not like white onion so use Spanish Sweet or Vadalia, small amount. This was very good.
