    If you’re finding yourself needing single-serve recipes, the following meals are delicious options to add to your menu.

    These recipes are all on plan with Trim Healthy Mama. If you’re unfamiliar with Trim Healthy Mama, the letters following the recipes specify which type of meal it is.

    The S stands for Satisfactory meal type, which includes a protein with low carb and healthy fats.

    The E stands for Energizing meal type, which includes a protein, is low fat, and has healthy carbs.

    The FP stands for Fuel Pull, which includes protein but is low in fat and low in carbs.

          These look great is there a full menu plan with grocery list for those doing trim healthy mama solo? I have found several for large families but not for individuals.

      Thank you for the meals for one!! My husband is not doing THM with me so sometimes making one meal is difficult. These meals are a blesding. God bless you!!

      Why is it that Trim healthy mama dose not have a cook book for one or two people.’ I really think their is a need for a Trim healthy mama recipe book for signal people and cupels, Especially when it comes to dinner recipes.
