Ingredients

- 1 cup Zevia Root Beer
- ⅔ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon collagen – Custom Collagen
- ½ teaspoon Now Better Stevia
- 2 pinches sea salt
- ½ teaspoon glucomannan
- 3 cups ice cubes (around 1 tray)
Instructions
- Place root beer, almond milk, collagen, stevia, and salt in blender. Blend on low, slowly add glucomannan and blend for about 30 seconds. Stop blending and add in ice cubes and then blend until completely smooth.
- Makes 1 quart.
- Can also be put in dessert cups with additional root beer for more of a traditional root beer float.
