Description

A refreshing, dairy-free treat for those warm summer days!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups So Delicious Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Milk Yogurt
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 2 bananas
  • Optional sweetener: 1-2 tablespoons honey or sugar

Instructions

  1. Place yogurt, strawberries, and bananas in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Taste test and see if you want it any sweeter. If the strawberries aren’t super sweet it may need a little. Add sweetener to the blender if desired and blend again for 20-30 seconds to incorporate it into the mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds. Snap on the tops. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
  4. After freezing, remove the popsicle from the freezer and run warm water over the mold for several seconds until it can easily be removed.

Notes

Storage: Popsicles can be left in the molds in the freezer, or you can run warm water over each mold to remove the popsicle and then wrap each popsicle with plastic wrap. Please place them in a gallon-sized freezer bag for storing in the freezer. This makes it a little easier to get one out of the freezer, so you don’t have to run them under warm water each time.
