Description
With this delicious cabbage and sausage recipe made in an Instant Pot, you’ll have a quick and easy dinner.
Ingredients
16 oz package smoked sausage, gluten-free
4 russet potatoes
16 oz bag of coleslaw
2 cups chicken broth, gluten-free
1 medium onion
4 oz can of diced chiles
1 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt, gluten-free (I use Herbamare)
Instructions
Cut smoked sausage into bite-size pieces.
Peel and dice potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
Dice onion.
Place chicken broth, cut up smoked sausage, potatoes, onions, can of chopped chiles, seasoned salt into the Instant Pot and then top with the bag of coleslaw.
Seal the lid on the Instant Pot and close the vent. Set the manual setting for 3 minutes.
After cooking is done do a quick release with the valve and then remove the lid. Stir to combine and serve.
Salt and pepper to taste.
