Description
This recipe is an easy weeknight dinner that’s delicious with minimal cleanup.

- 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Pasta of choice: 8 oz of gluten-free spaghetti or 5-6 bricks of gluten-free ramen noodles
- 3 cups chicken broth, gluten-free
- 1 24 oz jar spaghetti sauce, gluten-free
Instructions
- Set the Instant Pot to saute and add oil, then add the ground beef. Cook the beef until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Add the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and pepper and stir to combine.
- Break the spaghetti noodles or the ramen noodles in half and place them on top of the browned beef.
- Pour in the chicken broth, then top with spaghetti sauce. Make sure all of the noodles are covered with either the broth or the sauce.
- Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual pressure cook for 8 minutes for spaghetti noodles or 3 minutes for ramen noodles.
- When the cook time is finished, carefully do a quick release and remove the lid.
- Stir everything together and then serve.
Notes
You can use spaghetti noodles or ramen noodles in this recipe. You can find Jovial Organic Gluten-Free Spaghetti at Walmart or the Organic Ramen noodles at Costco.
