This easy recipe will give you perfectly cooked potatoes in almost no time, and with very little effort.

- 3lb bag of yellow potatoes
- 1 cup water (for 6 QT) or 1 1/2 cups water (for 8 QT)
Instructions
- Rinse potatoes to remove any dirt and cut out any blemishes.
- Place a trivet in the bottom of the Instant Pot pan.
- Add 1 cup of water for 6 QT or 1 1/2 cups of water for 8 QT
- Place potatoes on top of the trivet and seal the lid.
- Set the manual pressure setting for 13 minutes for medium-sized yellow potatoes or 15 minutes for large yellow potatoes.
- Allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes and then remove the lid.
- Remove potatoes to a serving bowl and serve immediately or allow to cool and then refrigerate in a covered container.
