  1. Drain liquid from salmon. Put salmon in large bowl and break apart and mash with a fork.
  2. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
  3. Shape into patties and fry in large skillet with coconut oil over medium heat.
  4. Fry 3-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
