Grain-Free Salmon Patties

Description

Easy to make grain-free salmon patties. These are great to have on hand for a quick meal. Can be made ahead and frozen. Dairy-free, Paleo, Keto, THM-S


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 14.5 oz cans wild-caught salmon
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup flax meal
  • ½ cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • ½ teaspoon of Herbamare or another seasoned salt
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil


Instructions

Drain liquid from salmon. Put salmon in the bowl of a stand mixer and mix on low to mash the salmon. Or use a fork to mash.

Add all other ingredients and mix well.

Shape into patties and fry in large skillet with coconut oil over medium heat.

Fry 3-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
