Ingredients

- 1/2 cup brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons collagen
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder or raw cocoa, if possible
- 1/2 teaspoon Better Stevia or 2 “doonks” of Trim Healthy Mama Stevia
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 pinches Himalayan or sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon glucomannan
- 3 cups ice cubes
Instructions
- Place coffee, almond milk, collagen, cocoa, stevia, vanilla, and salt in blender and blend on low. Continue blending on low and slowly add in 1/2 teaspoon of glucomannan. Blend for an additional 30 seconds.
- Stop blender and add in ice cubes and blend until smooth and creamy.
- This is best enjoyed within a half hour of making.
