Have dinner ready in 45 minutes with this easy to make one pan meal. Your home will smell amazing while this is cooking and will draw everyone to dinner!
Preheat oven to 450°. Prepare a baking pan with just a light spritz of oil.
Cut each sausage at an angle into 5 sections.
Peel and slice potatoes. Cut green pepper into long strips. Cut the onion in half and then into thick slices. Skin two garlic cloves.
Place all ingredients on the prepared baking pan. Spray ingredients with avocado oil and toss or toss with melted coconut oil.
Bake in oven for a total of 35 minutes turning ingredients half-way through.
Remove from oven and smash the garlic cloves and spread them around. Serve.
