Description

An easy fruit salad with a light and fresh yogurt sauce. Perfect for any meal or snack. Add or exchange any fruits to suit your family’s tastes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb strawberries, quartered
  • 1 pint of blueberries
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups grapes, cut in half
  • one-half lemon
  • 1 1/2 cups dairy-free yogurt*
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla, optional

Instructions

  1. Mix all the prepared fruit in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Drizzle the juice of half a lemon over the fruit.
  3. Mix the yogurt, honey, and vanilla (optional) together in a small bowl. Add the yogurt mixture to the fruit and mix until combined.

Notes

*Dairy-free yogurt that I used was So Delicious Dairy-Free Coconut Milk Yogurt (unsweetened vanilla).

**Save adding the bananas and yogurt sauce until right before serving. This is still good the next couple of days but isn’t as pretty as the first day.
