Description
An easy fruit salad with a light and fresh yogurt sauce. Perfect for any meal or snack. Add or exchange any fruits to suit your family’s tastes.

- 1 lb strawberries, quartered
- 1 pint of blueberries
- 3 bananas, sliced
- 2 cups grapes, cut in half
- one-half lemon
- 1 1/2 cups dairy-free yogurt*
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla, optional
Instructions
- Mix all the prepared fruit in a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle the juice of half a lemon over the fruit.
- Mix the yogurt, honey, and vanilla (optional) together in a small bowl. Add the yogurt mixture to the fruit and mix until combined.
Notes
*Dairy-free yogurt that I used was So Delicious Dairy-Free Coconut Milk Yogurt (unsweetened vanilla).
**Save adding the bananas and yogurt sauce until right before serving. This is still good the next couple of days but isn’t as pretty as the first day.
