Blueberry Good Girl Moonshine - Sugar-free, Low-carb, THM all-day sipper

The True Blueberry Tea by Celestial Seasonings is one of my favorite teas. I love it’s purple-red color, it makes the tea extra delightful. Adding the raw apple cider vinegar gives this tea its zing and gives you added health benefits. Make sure to use raw apple cider vinegar as it will have the probiotics in it from the “mother”.

Blueberry Good Girl Moonshine - Sugar-free, Low-carb, THM all-day sipper

If you’re wanting to get away from drinking sugary pops switching to Good Girl Moonshine is the perfect fix. It gives you the fizzy taste you love and the stevia will give you the added sweetness without spiking your blood sugar.

And those metal straws make any drink more fun!

Trim Healthy Mamas this is an all-day sipper. No carbs, no fat, and no protein.

I Love that there are so many GGMS drinks to choose from! I like variety!!! I don’t need to drink GGMS drinks to stay away from soda…only getting one a week, as a kid, kept me from that temptation. BUT, GGMS drinks keep me from feeling hungry All the time. This Blueberry GGMS is delightful because it isn’t very sour like many can be. Thank you for sharing this recipe! It’s going in my regular rotation.

This looks great! How much water do you add at the end of the recipe?

Lindsay, you can add ice cubes and then just fill the quart jar up to the top.

Can you make a pitcher of this?

Jennifer, yes you can! If you want to make a half gallon you’ll want to double all the ingredients. To make a gallon you’ll want to quadruple your ingredients. This would be great to have a pitcher ready to go!

I love these Moonshine teas! The only caution I have is if you sip on this all day long, the apple cider vinegar will be in contact with your TEETH all day long. Vinegar can eat and errode the enamel off your teeth, so it is important to keep its contact to a minimum. Drink it and either rinse your mouth well with water or brush your teeth!

I normally drink it right away but I think it could be refrigerated for 1-3 days.
