    Instructions

    A bag of radish chips

Buying radishes pre-sliced will make this recipe extra easy, but if you prefer, you can get whole radishes and slice them yourself.

Sliced radish chips inside an air fryer basket.

Rinse and pat dry the radish slices and place them in the air fryer basket.

Radish chips with just a little spritz of oil and seasoned with salt and pepper.

Give them 3-4 spritzes of avocado or olive oil and season with a few shakes of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. My favorite spritzer is the Evo Oil Sprayer. It comes in a two-pack, which makes it convenient to have one for avocado oil and one for olive oil.

Cook in the air fryer for 5 minutes at 370° and then stir them. Cook for 5 more minutes.

Air Fryer Radish Chips halfway cooked.

After cooking for a total of 10 minutes, give them 3-4 more spritzes of oil and a few more shakes of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for another 5 minutes.

At this point, they have cooked for 15 minutes. Give them another little stir and cook 3 more minutes, keeping a close eye on them so that they don’t get too crispy. And just like that, they’re done!

Good recipe… so much easier than doing them in the oven. I’m trying to figure out how to store them so they don’t get soggy.

I usually don’t have any leftovers but when I do I just put them back in the air fryer to reheat and try to re-crisp. They are best the first day though.
