When I’m wanting a salty snack like potato chips these are the perfect low-carb alternative! A couple of other great snacks that I make in my air fryer are my Air-Fried Kale Chips and Air-Fried Gluten-Free Onion Rings.

How To Make Air Fryer Radish Chips!

A bag of radish chipsBuying radishes pre-sliced will make this recipe extra easy, but if you prefer you certainly buy whole radishes and slice them yourself.

Sliced radish chips inside an air fryer basket.Rinse and pat dry the radish slices and place them in the air fryer basket. I use a 5.8-quart GoWise Air Fryer.

Radish chips with just a little spritz of oil and seasoned with salt and pepper.Give them 3-4 spritzes of avocado or olive oil and season with a few shakes of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. My favorite spritzer is the Evo Oil Sprayer, it comes in a two-pack and that makes it convenient for you to have one for avocado oil and one for olive oil.

Radish slices in an air fryer.Cook in the air fryer for 5 minutes at 370° and then stir them. Cook for 5 more minutes.

Air Fryer Radish Chips halfway cooked. After cooking for a total of 10 minutes give them 3-4 more spritzes of oil and a few more shakes of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Air Fryer Radish Chips in the basket of the air fryer. At this point, they have cooked 15 minutes. Give them another little stir and cook 3 more minutes keeping a close eye on them that they don’t get too crispy. And just like that, they’re done!

Good recipe… so much easier than doing them in the oven. I’m trying to figure out how to store them so they don’t get soggy.

I usually don’t have any leftovers but when I do I just put them back in the air fryer to reheat and try to re-crisp. They are best the first day though.
