This gluten-free s’mores oven recipe is so yummy and gooey! And you don’t have to worry about rain ruining your party!
All ingredients listed are gluten-free and dairy-free:
Gluten-free graham crackers (Homemade or store-bought)
mini marshmallows (Kraft Jet-Puffed)
chocolate chips (Nestle Simply Delicious Semi-Sweet or Enjoy Life)
Heat oven to 400°. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Lay out graham crackers on the baking pan. Cover cracker with equal amounts of mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
Bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and carefully place another graham cracker on top of each baked piece and lightly press down as far as you like.
Let sit for just a minute and then enjoy!
