This past Memorial Day weekend it rained and rained so I needed to come up with a Gluten-Free S’mores Oven Recipe! We were hoping to have a campfire so we could roast hot dogs and make s’mores, but since it rained almost the entire weekend we kept our party inside and we still had s’mores! S’mores are just the best. They’re yummy and gooey and chocolatey and gooey. But you know that!
These beauties were baked in the oven and the best part is they were made with gluten-free and dairy-free ingredients. Don’t let the rain ruin your party! Or cold weather!
All these ingredients are gluten-free and dairy-free! I used my homemade gluten-free graham cracker recipe for these s’mores. These are not the crumbly type of cracker so the s’mores are easier to eat. I used Nestle’s new Simply Delicious Semi-Sweet Chips and Kraft’s Jet-Puffed mini marshmallows.
How to Make S’mores in the Oven
Preheat the oven to 400°. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Lay out graham crackers on the baking pan and place equal amounts of mini marshmallows and chocolate chips on each cracker.
Heat in oven for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and place another graham cracker over each roasted cracker. Lightly push down and then let sit for about a minute.
And then enjoy all that ooey, gooey goodness!
Just look at those little roasted marshmallows! They’re so cute!
Push down the top graham cracker onto those roasted marshmallows and chocolate chips and let it all melt together.

Instructions
Heat oven to 400°. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Lay out graham crackers on the baking pan. Cover cracker with equal amounts of mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
Bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and carefully place another graham cracker on top of each baked piece and lightly press down as far as you like.
Let sit for just a minute and then enjoy!
