You don’t have to wait for a campfire to enjoy the flavor of s’mores with these incredibly delicious gluten-free s’mores brownies.
1 pan of fresh-baked gluten-free brownies (or your favorite box mix)
2 cups mini marshmallows
2/3 cup chocolate chips, gluten-free and dairy-free*
2 pillow packs of Schar’s gluten-free honeygrams (12 graham cracker squares)
Break up the graham crackers and mix them in a bowl with the chocolate chips and marshmallows.
Bake one 9×9″ pan of gluten-free brownies. When finished remove from oven and top with topping mix.
Keep oven rack at the same level (lower 2/3) and broil at 500° for just a few minutes until marshmallows brown.
Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.
These are good served warm or at room temperature. Once cooled they can be stored on the counter for 3-4 days tightly covered with saran wrap.
