Gluten-Free S’mores Brownies (Dairy-Free)

A serving of brownies with roasted marshmallows, gluten-free graham crackers, and dairy-free chocolate chips.You don’t have to wait for a campfire to enjoy the flavor of s’mores with these incredibly delicious gluten-free s’mores brownies.  This easy to make recipe will be the hit of the show with its chewy brownie bottom, melted chocolate, crunchy graham crackers, and ooey-gooey roasted marshmallows.

Treat your friends and family with this delicious dessert and enjoy all the oohs and aahs. This is a definite crowd-pleaser!

How to Make Gluten-Free S’mores Brownies:

Ingredients for s'mores brownies - freshly baked gluten-free brownies, a bowl of marshmallows, gluten-free and dairy-free chocolate chips, and a pack of Schar's gluten-free graham crackers.

Here are the ingredients to make these gluten-free s’mores brownies:

  • One pan of freshly baked gluten-free brownies (use my incredibly easy gluten-free brownie recipe or a box mix)
  • Miniature marshmallows
  • Gluten-free and dairy-free chocolate morsels (Simply Delicious Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels or Enjoy Life Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Chips)
  • Schar Gluten-Free Honeygrams.

Fresh out of the oven brownies covered in roasted marshmallows, crushed graham crackers, and melted chocolate chips.Put back in the oven and broil for just a few minutes until marshmallows brown.

Melting chocolate and roasted marshmallows cover a gluten-free s'mores brownie.These are good served warm or at room temperature. Once cooled they can be stored on the counter for 3-4 days tightly covered with saran wrap.

Description

You don’t have to wait for a campfire to enjoy the flavor of s’mores with these incredibly delicious gluten-free s’mores brownies.


Ingredients

Scale

1 pan of fresh-baked gluten-free brownies (or your favorite box mix)
2 cups mini marshmallows
2/3 cup chocolate chips, gluten-free and dairy-free*
2 pillow packs of Schar’s gluten-free honeygrams (12 graham cracker squares)


Instructions

Break up the graham crackers and mix them in a bowl with the chocolate chips and marshmallows.

Bake one 9×9″ pan of gluten-free brownies. When finished remove from oven and top with topping mix.

Keep oven rack at the same level (lower 2/3) and broil at 500° for just a few minutes until marshmallows brown.

Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.

These are good served warm or at room temperature. Once cooled they can be stored on the counter for 3-4 days tightly covered with saran wrap.
