How to Make Gluten-Free S’mores Brownies:
Here are the ingredients to make these gluten-free s’mores brownies:
- One pan of freshly baked gluten-free brownies (use my incredibly easy gluten-free brownie recipe or a box mix)
- Miniature marshmallows
- Gluten-free and dairy-free chocolate morsels (Simply Delicious Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels or Enjoy Life Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Chips)
- Schar Gluten-Free Honeygrams.
Break up the graham crackers and mix them in a bowl with the chocolate chips and marshmallows.
Bake one 9×9″ pan of gluten-free brownies.
Pour topping mix over the top of the warm brownies.
Put back in the oven and broil for just a few minutes until marshmallows brown.
These are good served warm or at room temperature. Once cooled they can be stored on the counter for 3-4 days tightly covered with saran wrap.

Ingredients
1 pan of fresh-baked gluten-free brownies (or your favorite box mix)
2 cups mini marshmallows
2/3 cup chocolate chips, gluten-free and dairy-free*
2 pillow packs of Schar’s gluten-free honeygrams (12 graham cracker squares)
Instructions
Break up the graham crackers and mix them in a bowl with the chocolate chips and marshmallows.
Bake one 9×9″ pan of gluten-free brownies. When finished remove from oven and top with topping mix.
Keep oven rack at the same level (lower 2/3) and broil at 500° for just a few minutes until marshmallows brown.
Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.
These are good served warm or at room temperature. Once cooled they can be stored on the counter for 3-4 days tightly covered with saran wrap.
