These Gluten-Free Pork Chops are easy to make and taste so good. Use thin pork chops with or without the bone and bread them seasoned gluten-free flour for the most delicious pork chops. My husband’s grandmother taught me how to make this when I first met her. She wanted me to know how to make pork chops and sweet rice since it was Rob’s favorite meal.

How to Fry Gluten-Free Pork Chops:

Gluten-free flour with spices in a pie plate for the pork chop breading.

Combine the dry ingredients. I like to use a pie pan for this and then dredge the pork chops in it as well.

    Frying gluten-free thin pork chops.

Rinse off the pork chops and dredge the pork in the seasoned gluten-free flour. Press the pork chops into the flour mixture on each side to get them evenly coated.

Heat avocado oil or coconut oil over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot add the pork chops to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and no pink juices remain. Depending on their size and how many you have you may need to fry them in batches.

    Description

Quick and delicius gluten-free fried pork chops.

    Ingredients

    Scale

5–6 thin pork chops, boneless or bone-in
    ¾ cup gluten-free flour*
1 teaspoon Herbamare or your favorite gluten-free seasoned salt
    ½ teaspoon paprika
    ½ teaspoon salt
    ½ teaspoon pepper
½ cup avocado or coconut oil for frying

    Instructions

Combine the dry ingredients. I like to use a pie pan for this and then dredge the pork chops in it as well.

Rinse off the pork chops and dredge the pork in the seasoned gluten-free flour. Press the pork chops into the flour mixture on each side to get them evenly coated.

Heat avocado oil or coconut oil over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot* add the pork chops to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and no pink juices remain. Depending on their size and how many you have you may need to fry them in batches.

    Notes

*My favorite gluten-free flour mixes are Pamela’s Artisan Blend and Better Batter.

An easy way to test if the oil is hot enough is to put the handle end of a wooden spoon into the oil and see if bubbles form around the handle. If they do it’s hot enough.
