Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups water
- 2 teaspoons sugar-free almond butter
- 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1/4 teaspoon sunflower lecithin or THM Simply Sunflower Lecithin
- 1/4 teaspoon Now Brand Stevia or a couple “doonks” of THM Stevia
- pinch of THM Himalayan Mineral Salt
Instructions
- Put water in blender first and then add all the other ingredients. Blend for 1 minute.
- Store in glass jar in
refrigerator . Shake before using.
Notes
You can make almond milk using only the water and almond butter, but the other ingredients help give it a better texture and taste.
