Ingredients for Making This Easy Gluten-Free Chili:
I wanted you to have a visual of what to look for when you’re buying gluten-free ingredients.
All but one of these products have “gluten-free” labeled directly on their label. They do a great job and it makes my job at the grocery store so much easier! Thank you!
See that little bottle of McCormick’s Chili Powder….the one that doesn’t have a red circle showing off the wonderful “gluten-free” label. In a situation like this, looking on the company’s website is the next best thing to see if it’s gluten-free or not.
Red Gold has their products clearly labeled. These are also an option for the tomatoes.
Brown the ground beef. Drain off any excess grease.
Add all the ingredients and combine together. Over medium-high heat bring the chili to a boil and then lower the heat to a simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
After browning the beef you could also put all the ingredients in a slow cooker for on low for 4 hours.
