1 Box Daiya Deluxe Cheesy Mac
1 tablespoon Smart Balance Buttery Spread
1/4 cup unsweetended almond or cashew milk
4 cups gluten-free potato chips, crushed into bite sized pieces
2 tablespoons Smart Balance Buttery Spread, melted
Make the macaroni & cheese according to the package.
Preheat oven to 350°.
We’re going to add in one tablespoon of Smart Balance Buttery Spread and 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond or cashew milk. Mix that all up and place in an greased 8-inch square baking pan or pie pan.
For the topping mix the crushed potato chips with the melted Smart Balance. Spread this evenly over the macaroni. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
