With this easy recipe you’ll have tasty, crispy potatoes wedges in 20 minutes!
2 potatoes, cut lengthwise into 8 slices
avocado or olive oil in a oil sprayer
salt & pepper
Using the oil sprayer lightly spray the air fryer basket with avocado oil.
Place potato wedges on their side in the basket with a little space between each wedge.
Lightly spray the potatoes with oil and season with salt and a bit of pepper.
Cook at 400° for 5 minutes. Turn them over to onto their other side and lightly spray them with oil again and a bit more seasoning with salt and pepper.
Cook for another 7 minutes. Check for doneness.
If you want them crispier turn them onto their back (skin side) and lightly spray again and cook for 2-3 more minutes.
To reheat: Place potato wedges in the air fryer basket and heat for 2 minutes at 370°.
