Dairy-Free Sugar-Free Shakes – Recipe Roundup of 8 Shakes, Frosties, and Smoothies. Gluten-free, Soy-free, Low-carb, Trim Healthy Mama

These smoothies and frosties are so yummy and refreshing and work perfectly with Trim Healthy Mama! I have eight different flavors to share with you and I added one more at the end for fun.
- These smoothies and frosties call for glucomannan. If you aren’t used to using glucomannan, it’s a healthy starch that is very low carb and adds a thickening, light creamy texture to the shake. I haven’t seen it in stores yet, but you can find it on Amazon. You can make these drinks without it, but you’ll lose a little of the creamy effect and since we’re doing this dairy free we need all the creaminess we can get. I have read where xanthan gum could be used as a substitute, but I haven’t tried that personally. Either Now Glucomannan or THM Glucomannan would work well.
- The added collagen in this drink gives you a good amount of protein to help make this a more satisfying snack. THM Integral Collagen or Custom Collagen works well in this recipe. It’s also great for your skin and joints.
